Failed Payments
If your payment method for Inception Gym has failed, there are several ways to rectify the issue to retain your membership.
- If your payment has failed due to insufficient funds, a charge attempt will occur the following day. If this fails, another attempt will occur three days later. If all of these attempts fail, your Inception Gym membership will be marked as unpaid and Inception Gym will be in touch to help. Please note that your access to the gym will be suspended after the third failed payment attempt.
- If you have recently cancelled/changed your card details, you need to update these within the Inception Gym Pass app. To do this, open the app, go to the 'Settings' page (the cog symbol on the bottom right) and follow the steps. Payment details can also be updated via the auto-generated emails that you receive after a payment has failed.
